⚰️ We were just a few weeks away from closing Soba. We had worked on a new social AI app since September, had OK results but were struggling to reach true product market fit (=retention at scale). I talked with my investors and we decided to give it four more weeks. Just one last shot. I thought we had maybe a 15% chance. Well, 15% is not zero.
