We Are Looking for a Head of Sales (iGaming) Betting Software is a provider of turnkey software solutions for clients and partners in the iGaming industry. Our company specializes in the development and maintenance of web applications for betting and gambling, including platform design, system integrations, and game integrations. We are proud of our product and are currently looking for a Head of Sales in the niche of iGaming! Key Responsibilities: • B2B sales of the company’s products online and offline (including exhibitions) • Building the sales department from scratch: setting goals, tasks, and evaluating the current team • Developing and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with existing clients • Preparing tailored offers for each client and leading negotiations to deal closure • Forming the exhibition calendar: searching for contractors and partners, organizing events for key clients • Defending decisions before management and planning the sales budget • Working with related departments (Operations, Technical, Finance, Marketing) to support client development • Understanding the economics of the iGaming niche and evaluating KPIs of relevant projects • Native/advanced Russian language is strongly preferred Requirements: • Successful B2B sales experience in Betting or iGaming, with proven profit and GGR growth results • Understanding of real market metrics • Spanish — mandatory • English — mandatory • Arabic — mandatory • Experience building a team from scratch • Sales expertise with a hands-on approach • Willingness to travel frequently What We Offer: • Compensation in USDT • Negotiable compensation terms • Remote work format • Strategic responsibility for key regions (LATAM and MENA) Send your CV to: aleksandra.bezzubenko@betting-software.online, or @sasha_hr16 in Telegram
