CRM-Manager; Lead Customer Engagement at Apollo Gaming! We’re looking for a CRM-Manager to drive retention, loyalty, and engagement campaigns across casino and sportsbook products. Core Responsibilities: • Develop and execute CRM strategies across casino and sportsbook products, optimizing campaigns for retention, reactivation, and lifetime player value. • Design, implement, and continually improve lifecycle, promotional, and engagement campaigns using data-driven personalization and automation tools. • Segment and analyze customer data to identify behavioral trends and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization. • Collaborate with product, data, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. • Monitor, report, and improve CRM campaign performance using robust analytics and reporting platforms. • Explore cross-sell and upsell opportunities to boost player engagement and revenue. Ideal Candidate: 5+ years CRM and digital marketing experience in iGaming Experience with Optimove, Salesforce, Braze, or equivalent platforms Strong analytical, SQL/Excel, and campaign automation skills Knowledge of regulatory compliance in gambling/customer data Apply with CV + cover letter to careers@apollogaming.co.za
