What You’ll Do: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for high-performance applications. Optimize code for scalability, reliability, and performance under heavy workloads. Contribute to database design, queries, and performance tuning (SQL/NoSQL). Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, QA, DevOps, and BI teams to deliver seamless gaming experiences. Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve backend issues to ensure system uptime. Maintain clear technical documentation and provide insights on performance and improvements. What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of backend development experience, preferably in gaming, or related industries. Proficiency in backend languages/frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, C#) and RESTful API design. Experience with database management, queries, and optimization. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. Motivation to learn and grow into a senior or leadership technical role.
