#ExcitingJobOpportunity | Debtors Clerk (x6) Location: Johannesburg, South Africa Job Reference: S2514 Are you detail-oriented with a strong accounting background? We’re looking for six (6) Debtors Clerks to manage retailer accounts, ensure accurate billing, and support timely collections. Requirements: • Grade 12 • Accounting / Bookkeeping Diploma or Degree • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role • Experience with accounting systems (SAGE or similar) • Strong communication and organisational skills Key Responsibilities: • Create and maintain retailer accounts, including new account setups and credit reviews • Process and allocate incoming payments accurately • Prepare and distribute invoices and statements • Reconcile debtor accounts and investigate discrepancies • Monitor overdue accounts and follow up via phone or email • Resolve payment, billing, and account-related queries Working Conditions: • Fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines • Requires strong time management and prioritisation skills Salary: Market-related (experience and qualifications dependent) Ready to grow your career in finance?
