The successful candidate will report directly to the board of directors, holding overall responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures. The Compliance function must operate in accordance with the established compliance framework, policies, and procedures. The successful applicant will also be appointed as the Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements.
