Thryve.Earth IS HIRING Founder’s Office – Associate 📍 Bengaluru, Karnataka, India | Full-time About Thryve.Earth Thryve.Earth is building large-scale, high-integrity nature-based carbon projects across Asia. We design, finance, and execute landscape-scale ecosystem restoration and agroforestry programs, working closely with smallholder farmers, local partners, capital providers, and global carbon buyers. Backed by leading investors including Openspace Capital and Capital Code, and with strong on-ground partnerships in Indonesia and India, we are now entering our next phase of scale. This includes expanding hectares under management, strengthening financing and MRV systems, and building a disciplined climate platform. What You’ll Do: - Act as a true extension of the founders, driving alignment across carbon, finance, operations, and commercial teams - Track priorities and ensure accountability across strategic workstreams - Build dashboards, planning frameworks, and internal operating systems - Support fundraising across equity, project finance, and carbon financing - Prepare investor updates, board decks, and strategic communication - Translate long-term strategy into quarterly and annual operating plans - Lead cross-functional initiatives and solve high-impact business problems - Identify risks, bottlenecks, and decision gaps before they surface Who You Are: - 2-4 years of experience in high-growth startups, consulting, investing, or climate finance - Highly structured thinker with strong analytical and financial modelling skills - Strong written and verbal communication - Outcome-driven with a high ownership mindset - Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments - Able to move between strategy, finance, and execution - Motivated by climate impact and long-term platform building Why Join Thryve.Earth?
