What You’ll Do: 🔸 Create engaging instructional content using adult learning principles 🔸 Work with the L&D team to implement programs within the LMS 🔸 Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to conduct needs assessments 🔸 Support virtual and in-person training delivery What We’re Looking For: ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication or a related field. ✅ 3 + years of designing and developing learning content in a corporate environment. ✅Communicates effectively in writing, producing clear, concise, and professional content. ✅ Microsoft Office proficiency and comfort with HR systems ✅ Sets clear objectives, aligns efforts, and manages time and resources to achieve results Interested?
