Senior Accountant Opportunity 📍 Johannesburg, South Africa  Reference: S2512 We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and help ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial reporting in a highly regulated environment. This role plays a key part in revenue recognition, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination, particularly within the lottery operations environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage revenue recognition for lottery products • Prepare financial statements and management reports • Support budgeting and forecasting processes • Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements • Monitor financial transactions, reconciliations, and assets • Support internal and external audits Requirements ✔ 5+ years’ experience in a regulated financial environment ✔ Experience working with financial regulators and reporting requirements ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills ✔ Experience with SAGE or similar accounting systems 🎓 Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting • Professional certifications such as SAIPA, CIMA, ACCA, CFA, or CTP are advantageous 💼 What we offer • Competitive salary based on experience • Opportunities for career growth and development 📩 Apply: Send your CV to hr@sizekhaya.co.za 🔖 Subject line: S2512 📅 Closing date: 30 March 2026 Know someone who would be a great fit?
