Originally from Lithuania, he spent 8 years running his own agency focused on the traditional games and technology sectors, building a strong track record across specialist hiring markets. He specialises in interactive entertainment and tech, working with AAA, iGaming, mobile, and indie game development studios, as well as technology companies worldwide. Alongside his recruitment work, Tomas is also the host of ByteAction, a podcast dedicated to the games and interactive entertainment industry. Working across global markets, he partners with businesses to identify, attract, and retain the talent they need, while also helping candidates secure opportunities where they can genuinely thrive. His approach is grounded in strong market understanding, relationship-led delivery, and a clear focus on long-term fit.
