The group operates through: • Vivriti Capital Limited - A systematically important NBFC (RBI-regulated) with over $4.5B disbursed to 300+ borrowers, rated CRISIL A+ • Vivriti Asset Management - A fixed-income fund manager with $850M+ in commitments and $1.1B+ invested across 100+ entities As an Investment Analyst - Credit, you will work within the Investment team across portfolio deployment, monitoring, and research for thematic debt funds managed by Vivriti AMC. Key areas of work include: • Investment due diligence, credit assessment, and IC note preparation • Structuring and analyzing financial and sectoral data from borrowers • Conducting management meetings and field-level diligence • Ongoing portfolio monitoring and early warning signal identification • Investment committee reporting and portfolio rebalancing inputs • Sector-focused credit research (agri, climate, manufacturing, consumption-linked industries) This role sits at the core of credit underwriting + portfolio monitoring, offering exposure to how structured debt capital is deployed and managed across mid-market India.
