Head of PR WANTED: set the trends with us Alfaleads Group is looking for a Head of PR — someone who doesn’t just manage communications, but builds a system of influence across the market, partners, and clients. This role is for a leader who knows how to connect PR, marketing, and business outcomes — and turn content into measurable impact. You will lead the entire PR function across the holding, taking full ownership of strategy, team performance, and results across all key communication channels. What you’ll be doing: •  Leading the PR & Marketing team •  Building and executing PR strategies for all brands within the group, managing reputation and market positioning, and driving media relations •  Owning conference presence end-to-end: concept → production → PR amplification → post-event analysis, creating real “wow” moments •  Launching joint PR campaigns with key partners and identifying win-win collaboration opportunities •  Connecting PR activities to business metrics — from awareness and reach to leads and revenue •  Diving deep into the projects and preparing content for campaigns What we’re looking for: •  A clear understanding of the “why” behind every PR tool and initiative •  Experience in iGaming and/or affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of the industry •  Creativity and flexibility in approach •  Experience in writing and editing across a variety of content formats •  Fluent English and Russian •  Strong relationship-building skills across partners, media, and internal teams •  The ability to set the pace, move fast, and deliver without compromising quality Join Alfaleads Group and help shape the narrative of the industry with us.
