We’re Hiring: Legal and Compliance Officer Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for compliance and governance? We’re looking for a Legal and Compliance Officer to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring our operations meet all regulatory and legal requirements within a highly regulated environment. Location: Head Office (with support across operational sites) Experience: 3–5 years in legal or compliance roles Qualification: LLB (Admission as an Attorney/Advocate advantageous) What You’ll Do: • Ensure compliance with legislation, license conditions, and regulatory directives • Provide legal advice across operational and corporate functions • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documentation • Monitor compliance and support audits, inspections, and reporting • Assist with risk management, incident investigations, and governance frameworks • Support disciplinary processes and labour law matters • Engage with regulators and external stakeholders Key Skills: Legal drafting | Compliance monitoring | Contract review | Risk assessment | Regulatory interpretation What We’re Looking For: A professional with strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, sound judgement, and a commitment to ethical conduct and confidentiality. Experience in regulated industries such as gaming, financial services, or public sector environments will be highly advantageous.
