What You’ll Do • Support ITIL-based IT Service Management (ITSM) processes • Monitor systems within a Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment • Handle incident logging, triage, and escalation (L1/L2 support) • Contribute to runbooks, process documentation, and BRS development • Track system performance, uptime, and SLA compliance • Assist in integrating monitoring & alerting tools into ITSM workflows Tech Exposure • ITSM tools (ServiceNow / Jira Service Management) • SQL, Power BI, and reporting dashboards • Observability tools (logs, metrics, alerts) • Agile methodologies & user stories What We’re Looking For • Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems • Basic understanding of ITIL principles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Interest in system operations, DevOps, and service delivery • Excellent communication & documentation skills Bonus Points • Exposure to fintech, iGaming, or transaction-heavy systems • Knowledge of integrations (APIs, SFTP, payments, identity systems) A great entry point into enterprise IT, NOC operations, and platform reliability.
