What You’ll Be Doing: 📊 Oversee Financial Operations – Provide leadership and support to the finance team, ensuring financial processes are executed efficiently and accurately. 💡 Implement Strong Internal Controls – Safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. 📈 Drive Financial Strategy – Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budget performance reports, and operational insights to support business growth. 🔍 Optimize Processes – Identify opportunities to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs. 💰 Manage Cash Flow & Reporting – Prepare cash flow projections, analyze expenditures, and ensure financial stability. 📝 Support Audits & Compliance – Assist with internal and external audits, tax filings, and financial statement preparation. What You Bring to the Winner’s Circle: ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). ✅ Prior managerial experience leading a diverse finance team. ✅ Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and ERP systems. ✅ Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Nice to Haves (But Not Deal Breakers!): 🏇 CPA designation – A plus, but not required. 🏇 Experience in gaming and/or food & beverage accounting – If you know the industry, you’re ahead of the pack! 🏇 Willingness to adapt and refine processes – We value innovation and efficiency!
