Are you technically strong, commercially savvy, and experienced managing enterprise or strategic clients? We’re looking for a Deputy Key Account Manager to take full ownership of growing and managing key accounts across the banking fraternity and third-party integrators. What you’ll do: Manage and grow key accounts across banking, integrators, aggregators, and retail partners Act as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial matters Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer and business goals Translate technical requirements into scalable, compliant solutions Coordinate internal teams to deliver integrations, implementations, and support Own PMO reporting, project plans, and stakeholder communication Present solutions and insights to senior leadership and boards Identify upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities within existing accounts Support contract negotiations, new products, and go-to-market initiatives What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field 3–7 years’ experience in key account management, technical sales, or client-facing technical roles Experience with banking, integration partners, aggregators, or enterprise key accounts Strong technical understanding of platforms, systems, and integrations Excellent relationship, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate technical detail into business value and drive results Salary: Market-related (experience and qualifications dependent) 📩 Send your CV to: hr@sizekhaya.co.za 📅 Closing Date: 20 February 2026
