Location: Surat, Gujarat, India | On-site | Full-time They are looking for a Founder’s Office professional to work directly with the Founder on business execution, operations, and strategic coordination. This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who wants to grow rapidly in a dynamic startup environment. What You’ll Do: - Act as the operational extension of the Founder, managing priorities and execution - Coordinate investor, partner, and client meetings across India and U.S. time zones - Prepare meeting briefs, notes, and structured follow-ups - Track action items across teams and ensure timely closure - Support business development through research, outreach, and pipeline tracking - Maintain CRM discipline and assist with proposals, presentations, and documentation - Build dashboards, trackers, and structured workflows to improve efficiency Who You Are: - Structured, proactive, and highly organized with a strong ownership mindset - Strong communicator with professional English and stakeholder management skills - Analytical thinker comfortable with research, data, and business insights - Exposure to international business, B2B sales, or startup environments - Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced settings Why Join Eximwise Inc.?
