Closing out 2025, we’re proud to reflect on a year defined by meaningful work, strong partnerships and a growing team that showed up with commitment and energy at every step. Across advisory, legal, regulatory, compliance, safer gambling and governance, 2025 saw us deepen our expertise, welcome new clients, and continue supporting longstanding partners. It hasn’t been all hard work - we also took the time to celebrate team achievements and acknowledge industry highlights. Here are some of the moments that made this year a success: ♟️ Leading industry conversations at the Backing The Punt Conference, which welcomed more than 300 attendees, delivered engaging panels and thought-provoking discussions. ♟️ Presenting at key events, such as Julian Hoskins moderating a panel at the International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA) 2025 Summit in Berlin and Alexander Norrish speaking at the National Association for Gambling Studies (NAGS). ♟️ Supporting the industry through our presence at major events, including the Spring Racing Carnival, Call of the Card, the Greyhound Racing NSW Million Dollar Chase and the AHA (Vic) International Women’s Day breakfast. ♟️ Expanding our team with new Associates, José Gajardo and Nigel Smith. ♟️ Celebrating the admission of Senet Associate Lorna Reid in the Supreme Court of Victoria. ♟️ Launching the Senet Compliance Academy, which offers professional training designed for regulators, suppliers and operators across wagering, gaming, casino and lottery sectors. ♟️ Refreshing our website and office to reflect our brand and the evolution of our practice. Throughout 2025, we remained focused on what it means to be a high-performing team: collaboration, trust and keeping clients at the centre of every decision.
