We're hiring three people as part of building out a new function at Jumbo — a dedicated define team that shapes work before it reaches engineering. Delivery Lead — Lead the function. Own the pipeline from intake to build-ready. Establish the ways of working and keep engineering fed with clear, well-defined work. 💰 $150,000 – $170,000 + super Technical Business Analyst x2 — Sit at the interface of business and engineering. Turn prioritised initiatives into structured requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria that teams can actually build from. 💰 $120,000 – $132,000 + super All three roles are Brisbane-based and hybrid (3 days in office / 2 WFH).
