We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager at Betinvest. You’ll manage the full client lifecycle — from onboarding to growth — helping clients get maximum value from our SaaS products in sports, esports, and iGaming. The focus is on product adoption, retention, and identifying upsell opportunities. We’re looking for someone with B2B Customer Success or Account Management experience, understanding of SaaS metrics (adoption, retention, churn), and strong English. iGaming experience is a plus.
